Types of Packaging Bag

Herewith are the available types of bag we produce in our factory. Each types of bag has its own plus and characteristic. A lot of optional feature can be added to the bag, such as resealable clip, valve, and spout. The seal can also be added a v-cut, curved corner, and hole.

Three Side Seal Bag

The seal is at the bottom, left, and right side with thickness minimum width of 0.5 cm. Commonly used for vacuum bags and rice bag because the seal have fewer probability for air leakage. Optional v-cut for tearing or resealable clip can be added on one side of the seal. Curved corner and holes can also be added

Center Seal Bag

Center Seal Bag or Fin/Lap Seal Bag, have 2 seals, one at the bottom another is at the center back of the bag. Gusset can be added to the bag. Gusset is the fold on both side of the bag so the bag will be shaped like a cuboid after filled. Gusset center seal bag is as in picture. Valve and v cut is optional.

Standing Pouch

With the fold at the bottom and seal on the sides, standing pouch or stand up pouch is one of the popular option for packaging. Some features such as valve, spout (for pouring with cap), v-cut, and resealable clip at the top can be added to this bag.

Besides those 3 types of bags we can also supply the bag in rolls to be shaped ad filled as the costumer request and needs.
